SHIPPING & RETURNING

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders in stock that are placed on working days before 4:00 PM on the same day. Personalized jewelry has a delivery time of up to 3 working days. Customized bags have a delivery time of 2 weeks. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The shipping costs are:

€0.96 - €4.10 for orders that fit through the letterbox

€6.75 for parcel post.

Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 14 days . In exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher , another product or your money back .

• Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
• Items may not show visible signs of use.
• Earrings cannot be exchanged
• Personalized items (including bags, necklaces and bracelets) cannot be exchanged.
