You place an order as follows:
- Go to the product of your choice.
- Click on 'add to cart'. A window will now appear with a message that the product has been placed in your shopping cart. You can also specify the number here.
- If you want to add other products to your shopping cart, you can ignore the message and continue shopping. If you want to pay immediately, click on 'checkout'.
- Enter your details and then press the button "Continue with sending" and then "Go to payment" Here you can indicate how you want to pay. Then press the "Complete order" button
- At the end of the 'Complete order' step, when you have confirmed your purchase, your order is final.
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when the order has been placed successfully.

If it is not possible to place an order on, this can have various causes.

We accept payments via iDeal, VISA, Bancontact, Mastercard, Klarna, Giropay and Carte Bancaire.


We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders in stock that are placed on working days before 4:00 PM on the same day. Personalized jewelry has a delivery time of up to 3 working days. Customized bags have a delivery time of 2 weeks. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The shipping costs are:

€0.96 - €4.10 for orders that fit through the letterbox

€6.75 for parcel post.

Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
